Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Within India

Delivery Timeframe

Mangopenciler delivers all products within 5-7 business days across India. This timeframe begins after your order has been processed and shipped.

  3. Items are placed in sturdy cardboard tubes or flat packaging depending on the product
  4. Waterproof outer packaging ensures protection from environmental conditions

Delivery Confirmation

All deliveries require a signature confirmation to ensure your package is received safely. If you’re not available at the time of delivery:

  1. The carrier may leave a delivery attempt notification
  2. The package may be held at a local pickup point
  3. A redelivery may be scheduled

International Shipping

Currently, Mangopenciler only ships within India. We plan to expand our shipping services to international destinations in the future.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver all orders within the stated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to:

  • Extreme weather conditions

  • Carrier service disruptions

  • Incorrect or incomplete address information

Undeliverable Packages
