At Mangopenciler, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Cancellation & Refunds Policy outlines our procedures regarding order cancellations, returns, and refunds for our artworks, art prints, and posters.

Order Cancellation

Before Shipping

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at [Your Email] with your order number and a request for cancellation.

After Shipping

Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may return the product according to our return policy after receiving it.

Returns and Replacements

Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged product, Mangopenciler offers replacement of the same item. To be eligible for a replacement:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product
  2. Provide your order number and clear photographs of the damage
  3. Do not discard the original packaging or the damaged product until your replacement request is processed

We may request that you return the damaged item to us before sending a replacement. In such cases, we will provide return shipping instructions.

Wrong Items

If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  1. Your order number
  2. Photos of the received item
  3. Description of the discrepancy

We will arrange for the return of the incorrect item and send the correct product as soon as possible.

Return Process

To initiate a return or replacement:

  2. Await confirmation and return instructions from our customer service team
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging if possible
  4. Ship the item back according to the provided instructions

All returned items should be in their original condition, with all packaging materials, tags, and accompanying documentation.

Refunds

Mangopenciler does not offer monetary refunds except in exceptional circumstances. Our policy is to provide replacements for damaged or incorrect items as described above.

In rare cases where a replacement cannot be provided (e.g., the product is out of stock and no longer available), we may issue a refund at our discretion.

If a refund is approved:

  1. The refund will be processed to the original payment method
  2. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider (typically 5-10 business days)
  3. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is processed

Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for returns or replacements:

  1. Custom or personalized artworks
  2. Digital downloads or e-products
  3. Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery
  4. Products with removed tags or packaging
  5. Items showing signs of use or installation

Shipping Costs for Returns

In the case of damaged products or wrong items shipped by us, Mangopenciler will cover the return shipping costs. We will either provide a return shipping label or reimburse reasonable return shipping expenses upon submission of a valid receipt.

For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
